The Prudent Education Foundation has helped make my experience in Kathmandu unforgettable to say the least. Kathmandu offers a rich tradition of historical landmarks and monuments, vibrant scenery, and a beautiful natural landscape. With the help of Prudent Education Foundation, I was able to spend a portion of my time teaching English to Nepali students at the Whitefield School. Having come to Nepal with no set plans or expectations, having the opportunity to spend time at a place like Whitefield where I truly felt like I made a difference was a very rewarding experience. Not only was I able to teach these eager students about English and American culture, but I also learned more about Nepali culture than I could have imagined as well.
